Doug TrovillionAbout Doug Trovillion

Trovillion Construction owner Doug Trovillion is a 4th generation Winter Park resident with a formal education in construction. After graduation from Winter Park High School, Doug served in the United States Marine Corp before earning his degree at the University of Florida’s Rinker School of Building Construction. He began his career with Stiles Construction, a South Florida construction-development company that built commercial and corporate office buildings. He moved back to Winter Park in 1994 to start his own company, Trovillion Restorations Inc., offering insurance restoration of real estate and property and in 1998 kicked off Trovillion Construction & Development, Inc. Among his restoration projects, Trovillion rebuilt the 320-acre South Seas Resort on Captiva Island after it was destroyed by a hurricane.

Since the inception of Trovillion Construction & Development, Inc., Doug’s focus centered on the construction of several high-end condominium projects in both Winter Park and New Smyrna Beach. Completion of the 14-unit Villas at Casa Jardin was completed summer of 2006. The Villa Siena Condominiums, located just two blocks from Park Avenue in Winter Park, was finished in the spring of 2007. Currently under construction is The Wave, an intimate luxury beachfront property in New Smyrna Beach.
